Grill & Vine: A Culinary Gem in Downtown Dallas

We had a large group and there was a nice area with canvas walls in the middle of the restaurant. I'm gluten free and specifically asked about a bun. I was told they had a GF bun available so I ordered a burger but it came on lettuce instead. They brought me gelato/ice cream instead of the pecan pie bars others received since I'm gluten free. The lemon gelato & chocolate chunk ice cream were delicious but the other flavor was not good.

Grill & Vine is a cozy yet refined spot inside The Westin that’s quickly become a favorite of mine. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh and well-prepared. Whether you’re in the mood for a perfectly cooked steak or a light salad, their menu has something for everyone. The wine selection is top-notch, and the staff are friendly and attentive. While it’s a bit pricey, the quality and experience make it worth it. Perfect for a relaxed, upscale meal.

You know, dining experiences can be a mixed bag, but let me tell you about a recent gem I discovered: Grill & Vine inside the Westin downtown Dallas. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting a perfect blend of sophisticated and comfortable. But what truly elevated the evening was our server, Mulu. Wow! Mulu was an absolute delight. Attentive without being intrusive, Mulu had an uncanny ability to anticipate our needs. Recommendations were spot-on, delivered with genuine enthusiasm, and every question we had was answered with a smile and impressive knowledge of the menu. It’s clear that Mulu takes pride in providing exceptional service, and it truly made our meal feel special. Beyond the fantastic service, the food at Grill & Vine was also noteworthy. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From appetizers to dessert, the quality of ingredients shone through. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience in downtown Dallas, I wholeheartedly recommend Grill & Vine. And if you have the pleasure of being served by Mulu, you're in for a real treat!

Grill & Vine inside the Westin is a solid spot with a nice atmosphere. The food was actually quite good—I had the pappardelle pasta, which was a tad watery but still packed great flavors. The fish and chips were phenomenal, and the fried chicken sandwich didn’t disappoint. I heard the quesadillas were also pretty good. The pepperoni pizza had an interesting, hard-to-pinpoint flavor that threw me off a bit. Prices were very reasonable for being inside a hotel. Unfortunately, service was quite slow tonight, but overall, I’d definitely come back if I had the chance.

The table wasn't clean; there were food crumbs scattered on it, as well as on the seats and the floor. Additionally, the water cups were dirty and looked unappetizing. I'd like to mention that despite the cleanliness issue, the food was satisfactory, and the prices were reasonable. I'd also like to highlight our server, Fenta, who provided excellent service throughout our dining experience.

We spent over four hours having a calm and special moment at Grill & Vine. We ordered multiple items from the menu from the beginning to the end. MARCO was very attentive and caring of our stay. Team members like this really make palces memorable and make us want to come back! Well done, excellent attention!
